Build a solid foundation for your career with a Graduate Certificate in Structural Engineering. This program is designed for students with a background in civil engineering or a related discipline and covers topics such as steel structures, bridge engineering, and wind and earthquake engineering. With the knowledge and skills from this program, you can design structures that sound, sturdy and safe. You can also prepare for a master’s degree with a concentration in structural and geotechnical engineering.

CURRICULUM AND PROGRAM ADMISSIONS
The Graduate Certificate in Structural Engineering requires 30 credit hours beyond the bachelor’s degree. There are no additional requirements for admission into the certificate program beyond admission to UCF. Students have the flexibility to chose four classes from a list of approved engineering courses.
