Celina Dozier joined the Department of Civil, Environmental and Construction Engineering faculty as a lecturer in 2019. A native of Jacksonville, Florida, she earned her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Florida A&M University. She earned her master’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and her doctoral degree in environmental engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
